Why does weed make your eyes low?

My girl hyphen friend told me that my eyes look chinky. I narrowed this down to either I'm asian or just a pot smoker and being that I'm black and the rest of my family is too, choice two is looking pretty strong. So why does this happen? Is it just that the body is in a super relaxed state and prolonged use makes that state permanent? I NEED ANSWERS!! Thanks.

Please read the entire post before you start judging. I am asking this question for a friend, she is married and early in their relationship she found out she had an std that she got from her husband, They were both young, and she was a virgin but he had been with one girl who had a strong fishy odor and knew she had an STD but failed to tell him until later. My friend really loved him, and ultimately forgave him simply because he was young and dumb and what they had was treatable. I personally told her it wasn't my decision but I will support her no matter what. She is getting harsh comments about leaving him and how they are nasty. Yes I do think STD's are nasty but it's something they treated and is over with. This is NOT for me, it's for a friend. What would you do in that type of situation?
