Liver test???

Im 38 weeks prego and had blood work done to see about my liver...i havent had a problem except i have felt real sick lately, but never have through the whole pregnancy except this wei havent gotten the results yet but i was woundering. if it came back that something was wrong would they deliver me?? or just wait till my due date?
