Can anybody tell me if this is a good deal...1963 pontiac grand prix for $5000?

It has a 389 v8, recently rebuilt, 20 inch rims and low-pros, 2 12" subwoofers and CD player. It has a hydro-matic transmission. There is no upholstery, but I work at a banner company with plenty of scrap material I can install myself. Parts are easy to find, I looked. I just want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. Thanks
