What's it called when sentences have a bunch of repeating consonant letters/sounds?

Like a sentence like "Don't destroy Andrew's garden." (the "d" sound/letter keeps reappearing) What's it called when that happens? (English vocab word) And its not a "tongue twister" or anything it is a literal word.
