Where do I find cheap jeans, besides Walmart?

I live in Hillsdale County in Michigan and school is starting soon. This is my senior year and I want to look GOOD! But my mom is only letting me spend $150. I need to get at least 5 pairs of jeans. NO SKINNY JEANS. And I'm going shopping at the Westwood mall in Jackson, Michigan. I need to find jeans between 10 and 20 dollars. And also, how much are womens' jeans at Buckle??
