Hypermiling my automatic Saturn VUE AWD?

I know a few techniquies: lower viscosity oil, keeping tire pressures inflated to their highest recommended psi, but what about putting the car in neutral? If you're on a decline, is it fuel efficient to put car in neutral and coast? What about putting your car in neutral just when you're sitting in gridlock?
