Does anyone have any sympathy for BA cabin crew?

I am sure that many airline employees have low morale right now, not just at BA, but the entire industry is struggling. The airline industry is very cyclical and the airline industry is still in a down-cycle. I think it would be a big mistake if the employees go on strike during Christmas because once the strike is over, I am sure a lot of people will not fly them again for the grief the airline put the traveling public through. But there is still time and hopefully both sides will be able to reach an agreement so the strike will be averted.
