I want to be an actress but hear me out first?

Ok ever since i was little ive had this dream, i am very pionate about acting and am a young aspiring actress but believe that i could make it, unfortunately i live in a place where you don't find famous actresses come from. Newcastle Upon Tyne England, there are a few people but they aren't actresses they are TV hosts and singers. Can someone help and i just an idiot with a stupid dream or could i have a chance.
