Japan's resumption of whaling?

I agree with you. There's so many other things they could eat. Especially being a "richer" country, it's not like they really need to eat whale anyway. I saw how they hunt and kill dolphins, too, on the t.v. There's so many other fish they could eat. Don't understand it myself.
