Just today my iTunes will NOT open at all along with mozilla firefox and even my task manager. What can i do?

I've already tried reinstalling the applications with no success. I received an error message saying that that "bonjour" had stopped running do to "mDNSResponse.exe" not running. I know bonjour is an Apple application and ists with running iTunes. Any suggestions?
