Help with intrusive neighbor.?

I have a very nosy neighbor- likes to call or stop in unannounced all the time. About 5 months ago, I VERY nicely emailed her and asked that she not call before 10 a.m., as I work nights and also work 15-hour days sometimes and need to sleep in. Well, she's back to it - called this a.m. at 8:30 to ask if my cable was working (hers has been acting up, mine hasn't- and I have told her this repeatedly over the past few weeks.). My elderly father answered the phone this morning and spoke to her - not me. Please help draft another email to get the point across to her to NOT call before 10 a.m. Thank you!!!!
